is seeking a friendly, dependable individual for a Full Time Salon Coordinator! As the Salon Coordinator, you are the heart of our salon.
This position is the glue that connects our stylists and clients, and keeps the salon moving forward.
This position consists of Front Desk/Reception duties; such as guest interactions, customer service, appointment scheduling, and processing payments for guests, along with various other Front Desk needs.
As Salon Coordinator, your ability to delegate and work as a team is ESSENTIAL, as you will be responsible for delegating the various tasks that keep our salon clean and running efficiently.
You will also be assisting with management duties, goal tracking, salon cleaning duties, occasional stylist assistance and general office tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Most importantly, we require KINDNESS, POSITIVITY , and a strong sense of INTEGRITY.
This position deals heavily with salon guests, so you must be comfortable working with the public, and posses strong customer service skills.
We are a team at The Hair Co.
, so a motivating, uplifting attitude, and a deep sense of teamwork is a MUST.
You must be comfortable answering phones, using computer software, and handling client payments, amongst other receptionist duties.
Time Management, Dependability, and the ability to Adapt quickly are also critical, as we are counting on you to keep us running smoothly.
Salon Experience and/or a Passion for the Salon/Beauty Industry are not required, but preferred.
